SMNI NO SATÉLITE hotbird - Programa televisivo

MNCH, or Sonshine Media Network International, is an evangelical television channel, based in the Philippines and hosted by the media preacher Apollo C. Quiboloy. Transmitted from Davao City it is available for viewing through the broadcasting satellite, Hot Bird.

Among the scheduling shown on a daily basis is A Day in the Life of the Appointed Son of God. This is a short programme that allows viewers to follow the daily activities and preaching of Pastor Apollo. Another short slot in the schedule is A Daily Dose of Axel David which features youngsters from the Foundation of the Children of Joy. Other shows broadcast, always in the company of Pastor Apollo, include music and preaching from the Gospel of the Kingdom, Highest Praise, Kingdom Up Close and Powerline. Another channel offering is the appearance of Boy B’laan for an hour every Saturday morning with his programme called Mindanao Karon. This always contains international and Philippine news gathered from several newspaper sources. Broadcasting the world news can at times be very sad and even terrifying, so the daily schedule of MNCH is interspersed with periods of quiet and meditation. Providing these moments of quiet and meditative thought is the goal of Quiet Moments, a programme which delivers an hour of prayer, with a peaceful sound backing and images of the Garden of Eden. This creates a real break in real time television. Finally, during the period of Holy Week documentaries charting the passion of Christ are shown.
