Sat.tv is a free programme guide service published by Eutelsat. It enables optimal reception of all free-to-air TV services available at Eutelsat orbital positions thanks to a wide range of compatible decoders. Among other things, it allows you to be aware of all the free-to-air channels currently available at an orbital position, identify the channels by their logo or their theme, and view all the programmes that will be broadcast on these channels.

The Sat.tv Service also includes a TV guide mobile application which lists the programmes broadcast at Eutelsat orbital positions and allows you to filter on favourite channels and programmes, obtain personalised recommendations, and receive alerts to make sure you do not to miss anything.

Compatible decoders can be easily identified by the Sat.tv logo. This logo is only awarded to products that have passed a self-certification programme submitted by the manufacturer. This programme only covers a minimum specification that covers features described on this website. The manufacturer may add additional features specific to their product; Eutelsat is not responsible for these additional features.

Through the Sat.tv service, Eutelsat seeks to promote legal free-to-air TV. It does not promote illegal offers in any way and fights all forms of content piracy.

The Sat.tv service is available at the following orbital positions: Eutelsat/Nilesat 7° West and HOTBIRD 13° East and 8° West in Ethiopia.
